Terms of Use
1. About Squish Cube
Squish Cube is a mobile arcade game developed and published by Maksym Kokhaniuk (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to the app, its gameplay features, virtual items, advertising features, and related services we make available.
2. Eligibility
You may use Squish Cube only if you are legally permitted to do so in your location. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you may use the app only with that permission.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Squish Cube for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
- modify the app or distribute unauthorized modified versions;
- use cheats, automation, exploits, or other methods intended to manipulate gameplay, rewards, purchases, advertising, or game economy systems;
- interfere with security, integrity, or normal operation of the app or third-party services.
4. Gameplay, Scores, and Local Progress
Squish Cube may store scores, progress, settings, currencies, cosmetics, missions, event status, and other gameplay data locally on your device. We do not guarantee that locally stored progress can always be recovered after deletion, device failure, reset, operating-system changes, or other events outside our control.
Leaderboard functionality may include a nickname and locally maintained score information. Features may change as the game evolves.
5. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
The app may include virtual currencies such as Shards and Cores, as well as cosmetic skins, themes, trails, landing effects, event rewards, and other virtual content.
- Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed, not sold as property.
- They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money from us.
- They are personal to your use of the app and may not be sold or transferred unless the app expressly allows it.
- We may rebalance prices, availability, rewards, or gameplay characteristics when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the game.
6. In-App Purchases
Squish Cube may offer optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store, including purchases of virtual currency or other digital content. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules.
Prices shown in the app are provided through the App Store and may vary by region, tax, or currency. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refund requests for App Store transactions are handled under Apple's policies and processes.
7. Rewarded Advertising
The app may offer optional rewarded advertisements. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the app may provide an in-game benefit after the advertising service confirms the qualifying reward event.
Availability of a rewarded ad is not guaranteed. Ads may fail to load, may be unavailable in a particular region or at a particular time, or may be affected by connectivity, privacy choices, device settings, or third-party advertising systems.
Attempting to manipulate advertising events, simulate ad completion, or obtain rewards through unauthorized technical means is prohibited.
8. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Squish Cube may use third-party services, including Google AdMob and Apple's StoreKit/App Store services. Those services are operated by third parties and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content, advertisements, websites, or services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Squish Cube Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your understanding of how the app and its third-party services operate.
10. Intellectual Property
Squish Cube, including its code, gameplay systems, artwork, visual design, graphics, text, sounds, branding, and other original content, is owned by us or used under appropriate rights and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks and service names remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Updates, Changes, and Availability
We may update, rebalance, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of Squish Cube. This may include changes to gameplay mechanics, events, cosmetics, virtual economy, advertising, compatibility, or technical requirements.
We do not promise that every feature, advertisement, event, reward, purchase, or online dependency will be available at all times or in every location.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Squish Cube:
- in violation of applicable law;
- to infringe intellectual-property or other rights;
- to introduce malicious code or interfere with the app or related services;
- to fraudulently obtain purchases, virtual items, ad rewards, or other benefits;
- in a way that creates unreasonable technical load or attempts to bypass intended restrictions.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squish Cube is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation, or that every device, operating-system version, network, advertisement, or third-party service will work without interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, including loss of local progress or interruption of third-party services.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
15. Suspension or Termination
You may stop using Squish Cube at any time by removing it from your device. We may restrict access to features when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security problems, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app changes or legal requirements evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it as required.
17. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your country or region are not limited by these Terms. Any dispute will be handled under the laws and procedures that legally apply to the relevant parties and transaction.
